Noise deserves a live demonstration. Ask to hear the actual machine inside the vehicle and observe how the handler responds to a hesitant dog. The relevant experience includes loading, doors, ventilation equipment and the treadmill together. A quiet tabletop video of an unloaded belt cannot establish what the appointment will feel like.
Compare quotes by what the service includes
Request a written quote for your address and number of dogs. List the introductory appointment, subsequent visits, travel charge, cancellation terms and package expiry separately. Ask whether multiple dogs receive individual attention or share an appointment window. Compare the actual service offered, rather than dividing every package by an advertised number of minutes.
A trial visit can answer practical questions before a recurring commitment: does the operator communicate clearly, can your dog enter comfortably, and does the handler respect refusal? Keep a brief note of what happened and any follow-up requested. If the service offers a health claim, ask what professional assessment supports that claim for your dog.
